Languages in which Carnets should be completed : Irish, English and French.
The Customs may require a translation if the Carnet is completed in any
other language.
Replacement of Carnet : Yes, in accordance with Article 716a of EU Customs Code
Customs Offices : All import and export Customs Stations. Monday-Friday: 8.00 – 18.00
A charge may apply outside these hours. However, goods arriving on scheduled flights or sailings are handled by Custom son arrival.
