Customs Offices : All Customs offices in Kazakhstan are entitled to handle ATA Carnets during opening hours.
Special observations Kazakhstan is, not counting the Caspian Sea, a landlocked country surrounded by neighbours who are not (yet) members of the Chain and/or neighbours with limitations in the scope of application, for example, none acceptance of transit. This makes Kazakhstan from certain directions only accessible by air. It is therefore advisable to carefully check the applicants'itinerary.
