Other Applications : ATA Carnets are not accepted for transit operations
ATA Carnets are not accepted for postal traffic.
ATA Carnets are not accepted for unaccompanied goods.
Languages in which Carnets should be completed : English, French, Russian, Moldovan (Romanian).
The Customs may require a translation if Carnets have been completed in any other language.
Replacement of Carnet : In accordance with Article 14, Annex A of the Istanbul Convention
Customs Offices : As from 5th December 2011, the following international border Customs posts in the Republic of Moldova have the right to process ATA Carnets during working hours:
